packaging environmental labels

By virtue of Legislative Decree 116/2020, all primary, secondary and tertiary packaging placed on the market will be subject to the environmental labelling obligation starting from 01/01/2023. This obligation was introduced to facilitate the collection, reuse, recycling of such material and to provide clear information on the destination of packaging at the end of its life.
